Here’s what our people think

It’s the people that make Oak great. So here’s what they think about working here.

“The company's undergone a few changes in the past year or so, all for the better. Management seems to have a good vision of where they want the company to go, and they communicate that clearly and regularly. Staff are trusted to do the job they're paid to do, and there's plenty of opportunity to grow and progress if you're willing to put in the work. Everyone's really friendly and helpful, plus the company perks are better than I've had at previous jobs; unlimited holidays, private health insurance, gym contribution, Oak Bank Holidays. The list goes on and on..”
Jamie Jalleh - Brand Design Manager
“I have worked at Oak Engage for over two years and it has been a joy. The level of autonomy and trust is great and my opinions and ideas are valued and respected. It’s so refreshing to be part of a company that values and trusts its employees to make meaningful contributions. The work-life balance and their focus on employee wellbeing is also amazing with some great benefits including flexible working and Oak Bank Holidays.”
Emma Williamson - PR & Partnerships Manager
“Good culture, good people, good business plan and positive outlook in general! Great place to work. Empowered and trusted to make a difference in your own respective field.”
Josh Hummerston - Demand Generation Manager
